DERU Market is a fast casual restaurant.

We seat on a first come first serve basis. To better serve you, we have added a virtual waitlist. Join while you are en-route to the restaurant. You may also join the waitlist in person on-site. Our waitlist is only available for same day service. Wait times vary based on the day and time of day.

We seat first available. This includes patio, indoor and counter seating. If you require specific seating accommodations this may extend your parties wait time. We have a small dining room, larger parties may experience longer wait times at peak of service.

You will receive a text when we are ready to seat you. We will hold your seat for 5 minutes, if you contact us we will hold your seat up to 10 minutes. If we do not hear from within that time window, we will continue to seat around you until we hear from you and then you will be next in line.

Ordering at your table is contactless through a QR code. We will bring everything you need to enjoy your meal directly to you. If you need anything at all while you are dining with us, just let us know. We are delighted to serve you!

During peak service days and hours waitlist times may be extended. As we are cooking your food from scratch, at peak service times food arrival times may take longer. Thank you for your support and understanding! Our take away option is always available if your schedule does not allow you stay on the waitlist.

Our take away menu is located here. For the most efficient service please place your order online. Phone orders and in-person orders may not be available at peak times.

Arrive at your quoted pick up time. Please stay in your vehicle and check in with our curbside hosts. We will bring your order to you. If you arriving on foot, please check in at our “PICK UP” sign and our team will assist you. At peak times we may not be able to accommodate guests who arrive 10 or more minutes early, we will kindly ask you to return at your quoted pick up time. Thank you for your understanding.

Seating is limited, our restaurant dining room and outdoor patio are for dine-in guests only. All take away orders placed online, phone or in person are to go only. If you would like to dine-in, join the waitlist here. Thank you for your understanding.

Onsite parking is limited. We encourage our guests to carpool. Street parking is available, we are part of a neighborhood and kindly ask our wonderful guests to be mindful.
